Proposed Use of Funds and Timing:
1 Immediate Relief:
Staring from the disaster until 1 months commencing from Tsunami disaster Help if provided to anybody affected by the Disaster who is not able to help themselves until finding deceased persons and bodies. During this time the Government agencies, NGO's and Foundations and Volunteers help with labor, funds and material, whereas the necessary organization management is not in place yet. This has the effect that some relief materials are arriving in amounts not necessary or do not arrive to some of the effected villages. The help Rotary can give during this time (which party had been done already) are:

1.1 Food and materials, relief materials as medication and clothes, medicine
1.2 Hospital treatment for injuries and post trauma effects
1.3 Organizing of short term accommodation
1.4 Investigation of relief needs for middle and long term projects

2 Middle Term Relief 1 – 6 months after the Tsunami Disaster:
Help if provided to will be less as journalist will loose interest in the aftermath of the Disaster and will instead concentrate on the upcoming elections in February of year. But projects to help the effected in building homes and property will be more effectively managed. Management will be more professional and divided into different sectors. Project and responsibilities of Rotary will be:

2.1 Clean Water for drinking and use
2.2 Vocational Training, Small engines for Fishing boats, equipment for batik production,
     2.3 Post Trauma Counseling
2.4 Vocational Training for handicapped as result from Title Wave and providing necessary equipment as wheelchairs
